By subscribing, you acknowledge that SMS messages are part of the paid service experience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to or use the Service.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

Your subscription begins on your sign-up date.
You will be billed monthly based on your original enrollment date.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

Upon cancellation, you will be responsible only for payment covering service provided through the cancellation date.
No further recurring charges will occur after cancellation.
Any outstanding balance owed at the time of cancellation remains due to Virbal LLC.

Virbal LLC may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

4. SMS Terms of Service

By subscribing and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Virbal LLC as part of your paid subscription.

These messages:

Are directly related to the conversational prompting service
Are not promotional or third-party marketing messages
Are delivered as part of your subscription benefits

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of SMS may limit your ability to receive the core features of the Service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Account Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are owned by Virbal LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Virbal LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law.
